Carton In/Carton Out

For those clients requiring full carton in / full carton out, Berk’s handles a significant number of clients with such a setup.

Among the tasks we will do are:

• Affix a proper Bar Code -UCC 128 label- to each carton
• We will verify each pick ticket, SKU, and Quantity
• Based upon client’s SOP, we will perform cycle counting of SKU’s (Inventory reports are available on our website!)
• We will verify the outbound carrier’s authorization number and destination before loading
• We will floor load, or ship on pallets, according to vendor compliance
• We will audit the outbound shipment against PO and BOL information
